Job Summary:
The Health Service Manager at Advent Endodontics Inc plays a vital role in ensuring the
smooth operation of our root canal specialist clinic. This position encompasses a variety of front desk
responsibilities, administrative tasks, and the management of patient care services, with a focus on
enhancing the patient experience and maintaining the clinic’s efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
Front Desk Operations:
- Manage patient registration and payment processes.
- Schedule appointments and maintain the clinic’s appointment calendar.
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries from patients.
Patient Management:
- Collect patient information and maintain accurate patient records.
- Assist in processing insurance claims and verifying patient insurance coverage.
- Address patient concerns and provide support throughout their treatment journey.
Administrative Duties:
- Manage clinic correspondence, including emails and mail.
- Prepare and maintain clinical documentation and reports as required.
- Oversee inventory management for office supplies and dental materials.
Team Collaboration:
- Work closely with dentist and support staff to facilitate patient care.
- Coordinate with suppliers and vendors for clinic needs and supplies.
- Collaborate with other dental clinics to facilitate patient referrals, ensuring smooth
communication and continuity of care for patients requiring specialized treatments.
Quality Assurance:
- Monitor clinic operations to ensure compliance with health regulations and standards.
- Assist in implementing improvements to enhance operational efficiency and patient satisfaction.
Training and Development:
- Support onboarding and training of new staff members.
Qualifications:
- 2 years and above, experience in Health Administration, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
- Previous experience in a healthcare setting, preferably in a dental clinic.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in medical software, Microsoft Word & Excel.
