Position Overview: The Clinic Operations Coordinator will be responsible for overseeing a wide range of administrative and operational tasks to ensure the smooth and efficient functioning of our clinic. From managing insurance claims to coordinating provider schedules and assisting with marketing initiatives, this role plays a vital part in supporting our clinic's success.
Key Responsibilities:
ยท Manage insurance claims processing and billing procedures
ยท Coordinate provider schedules and patient appointments
ยท Process payroll and assist with accounting tasks as needed
ยท Plan and coordinate corporate events and initiatives
ยท Review clinic usage and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement
ยท Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and clinic policies
ยท Assist with marketing efforts, including social media management and promotional campaigns
ยท Order and manage inventory of clinic supplies
ยท Build and maintain relationships with referral clinicians and healthcare professionals
ยท Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and schedule patient appointments
ยท Assist clinicians with day-to-day clinic operations, including cleaning and maintenance duties
ยท Perform other ad-hoc duties and projects as assigned
Requirements:
ยท Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business administration, or related field preferred
ยท 2+ years of experience in a healthcare or clinic setting
ยท Strong organizational and multitasking skills
ยท Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
ยท Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and electronic medical records (EMR) systems
ยท Familiarity with insurance billing and coding procedures
ยท Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
