Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day sales and operations of aesthetics medical spa business
Achieve personal and outlet sales targets consistently
Identify, recommend and promote appropriate face, hair removal and body aesthetic treatments
Work closely with the Marketing Department on the execution of sales and promotional activities, handle social media/phone enquries
Build customers relationships into long-term clients
Handle customers’ feedback and provide service recovery where necessary.
Evaluate staff performance, provide feedback and coaching.
Analyse, maintain and develop standard operating procedures
Handle ad-hoc duties and projects assigned by management
Build and motivate the operations team to boost sales performance
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Required language(s): English, Mandarin (in order to handle Mandarin speaking customers.)
Required Skill(s): team management, sales and operations, consultation, customer service
At least 3 years of relevant sales experience in the aesthetics industry and experience in outlet management preferably in a medi-spa environment
Prior experience in aesthetics treatments such as lasers, hifu, radiofrequency, fat freezing, emsculpt, hair removal etc
Well-groomed with a pleasant personality
Results driven and service oriented with proven sales track record.
Strong aptitude in sales promotional techniques
Willing to work 5.5 days (6 off days per month)
