The Role

This role is in the Middle Office (MO) team. The Associate, Health & Benefits – Placement Team will primarily be required to support Section Team Lead in placement activities with a focus on new business placement. This role will also be required to support in implementing and monitoring operational initiatives focus on delivery of placement work, and partner closely with Front Office (FO), insurers and the Global Delivery Centre (GDC) based in Manila (also referred to as the Back Office (BO)) to ensure the smooth delivery of placement activities in Singapore.

Overview of the role:

• Project management and participation in new WTW clients’ renewal or remarketing exercise which includes but not limited to the following, whilst keeping FO Consultants abreast in overall progress.
• Develop remarketing strategy with FO
• Where required, work with FO or advisory lead to design efficient plan designs that meets clients’ needs
• Review Group Fact Finding Form, quotation slips and remarketing information prepared by BO based on clients’ needs and requests and invite vendors to participate
• negotiate and secure competitive pricing with vendors
• review benefits comparison, remarketing report, placement slips, placement of cover to client email prepared by BO, based on standard templates and presented in a format most suitable for Clients to understand
• Send placement instructions and placement slips to Vendors

• Provide inputs and advice around improving Clients’ policy structures and wordings, where necessary
• Cultivate the culture of learning and sharing about developments and insights of the insurance market, national health schemes and offerings to be better equipped in performing remarketing and placement activities
• Work together with Section Team Lead to cultivate a culture of sharing insights with carriers and colleagues to help drive better and more informed decision making.
• Work together with Section Team Lead to know the national and local H&B vendor marketplace and leverage that knowledge on behalf of Consultants and clients

Responsibilities

• Perform beauty treatment services according to the required standards set by the Company

• Sales consultation and services for slimming, facial and beauty

• Ensure customers satisfaction after each treatment therapy

• Handle clients requests and enquiries

• Perform general housekeeping duties

Requirements

• Effective team player and service -oriented

• Self-motivated and good interpersonal skills

• Can work on weekends

• 2-3 years relevant experience

Job Responsibilities:
• Has personal customer base and influence in the beauty industry
• Source for prospect new customers and maintain existing customers base
• Maintain high level of service standards and brand image
• Bring about revenue objectives
• Meet and achieve Sales Targets (KPI) as set by Management
• Manage day-to-day sales and operations
• Lead a team of specialists and therapists to provide professional consultation and services

Job Requirements:
• At least 5 years of relevant supervisory/managerial level experience in the beauty/spa industry.
• Previous successful experience in sales, preferably within the beauty industry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers.
• Strong leadership and team management abilities, capable of motivating and guiding team members towards achieving sales targets.
• Proven track record in sales, with exceptional negotiation and closing skills.
• Excellent time management and organizational abilities, with the capability to effectively manage operations and resources.
• Mandarin speaker and written will be advantage

Marine HSEQ (Health, Safety, Environment, and Quality) Manager

Reporting to the Fleet Director.

The ideal candidate should have:

• A Certificate of Competency Class 3 (Deck) and seagoing experience as a certified ship officer, or
• Formal education combined with at least five years of experience as a Superintendent in ship management operations.

The role involves:

• Developing and implementing HSEQ policies and procedures.
• Conducting risk assessments and implementing measures to mitigate risks.
• Ensuring compliance with regulations, standards, and certifications.
• Developing and delivering training programs for employees and crew members.
• Investigating incidents and implementing corrective actions.
• Developing and maintaining emergency response plans.
• Implementing environmental management measures.
• Ensuring quality assurance and continuous improvement.
• Managing supplier and contractor performance.
• Coordinating audits and maintaining documentation and records.
• Managing the HSEQ department budget and resources.
• Monitoring and reporting on HSEQ performance.

Programme Executive (Admin / Desk bound work)

Job Responsibilities:

• To assist Programme Manager on programmes
• To manage App; Monthly creations and regular updating of events and programmes feedback on any relevant technicalities for future enhancements.
• To prepare reports and invoices for related events.
• To provide monthly reports on breakdown of requirements to respective Programme Manager.
• To gather Feedbacks from Facilitators, Instructors and Participants to understand each sites needs/requirements.

Job Requirements

• Minimum Diploma Holder
• Preferably at least 1 year of working experience.
• Well versed with Microsoft Office
• Require to attend to work phone during the weekend as well, when necessary.
