• Act as a trusted advisor on all HR matters, including talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, compensation and benefits, learning and development, and employee engagement.
• Proactively identify and address HR challenges and opportunities within the AHP portfolio.
• Lead the recruitment and selection process for AHP positions, ensuring a diverse and high-quality talent pipeline.
• Develop and implement talent development programs to enhance the skills and competencies of AHP professionals.
• Manage performance management processes, including performance reviews, goal setting, and talent reviews.
• Conduct employee relations investigations and guide on disciplinary matters.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant HR policies, procedures, and regulations.
• Advise on the interpretation and application of HR policies and procedures.
• Contribute to the development and implementation of new HR initiatives and programs.
• Analyze HR data and metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Prepare reports and presentations on HR-related matters for management review.
• Collaborate effectively with other HR departments, such as compensation and benefits, learning and development, and employee relations.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with external stakeholders, such as professional associations and regulatory bodies.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant HR experience, with at least 3 years in an HRBP role.
• Experience working in a healthcare setting is highly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and legislation.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
