Scope and Responsibility :

Broadly, this role ensures two outcomes of Clarity’s psychotherapy and professional counselling services to address the needs of the clients with mental health issues:

Professionalism in service delivery and adherence to standards of therapy.

Treatment efficacy for all clients undergoing individual psychotherapy or support group programmes.

Responsibilities

• Assessing clinical needs of clients, as well as plan for, and provide treatment, using evidence-based clinical models and treatment modalities. This is inclusive of individual and group psychotherapy/counselling, and crisis intervention.
• Applicants should also be able to modify treatment activities and approaches as needed, in order to comply with changes in clients’ progress and completing discharge plans.
