The Role

You will support the Group Director of Staff Wellness in envisioning and formulating short, medium and long-term staff wellness strategies aimed at defining and promulgating a cluster-wide culture on reducing mental health stigma and increasing awareness on mental wellbeing. You will play a crucial role in coordinating medical simulation education at the SingHealth Duke-NUS Institute of Medical Simulation (SIMS). In this position, you will collaborate with various departments to integrate different types of medical simulation into existing healthcare curricula, develop new courses and educational initiatives, and evaluate all simulation-related sessions and programmes.

You will provide administrative support for workshops, daily operations, and logistics. Your responsibilities include maintaining and troubleshooting training and medical equipment, as well as programming, testing, and applying educational scenarios in collaboration with faculty. You will be expected to monitor medical aspects of training scenarios and adjust simulation equipment based on participants' actions.

Job requirements:
