• As the Branch Manager, you will play a dual role in overseeing the daily operations of the branch while also providing expert beauty advice and personalized service to clients. You will lead and motivate the team, drive sales, and ensure the branch operates efficiently and effectively.

Responsibilities:

A) Branch Management:

• Oversee all day-to-day operations of the branch.
• Lead, train, and motivate a team of beauty therapists, consultants, and other staffs.
• Ensure excellent customer service and resolve any client complaints or issues.
• Monitor and manage inventory levels, ordering supplies as needed.
• Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and profitability.

B ) Beauty:

Responsibilities:

• Review the emergency and disaster prevention procedures to ensure procedures stay relevant to current operation and up to date.
• Lead and enhance any other HSE related improvement projects/activities.
• To perform any other duties or assignments as assigned by superiors.
