As an academic medical centre, KKH is a teaching hospital for Duke-NUS Graduate Medical School, Yong Loo Lin School of Medicine and Lee Kong Chian School of Medicine.

The position is based at the Department of Pathology and Laboratory Medicine (DPLM), the team is looking for pathologists with subspecialty interests in gynaecological pathology, breast pathology, cytology or any combination of the aforementioned areas. The gynaecological, breast pathology and cytology services have six pathologists responsible for providing a comprehensive clinical service comprising gynaecological and breast surgical pathology, frozen section cover, cytology and multidisciplinary meetings. Tele-Health Operation Support

• Manage daily Tele-Health administrative tasks and resolve medicine delivery issues efficiently
• Investigate and follow up on patient and client enquiries, concerns, and feedback in a timely and professional manner.
• Facilitate seamless communication between stakeholders, including employers, doctors, clinics, and internal departments.
• Ensure strict adherence to PDPA regulations, company standards, SOPs, and always maintain patient confidentiality.
• Coordinate follow-up care for patients after tele-consultations, ensuring continuity of care.
• Responsible in financial administrative tasks, including preparing refunds, raising credit notes, and collecting outstanding payments from patients or employers.

Service Excellence

• Ensure a high standard of professional service to clients, meeting customer service and quality KPIs as determined by the department.
• Adhere to best practices by responding to calls in a timely and efficient manner, ensuring prompt attention to inquiries and issues.

We are looking for eloquent and confident presenters well versed in public speaking to aid in providing corporate summaries at our health events!

Content to speak on is easy to gasp and scripted. Comprehensive training will also be provided and incentive paid upon completion of training. No prior medical knowledge is required if that is your concern!

Events are very regular and the duration of our events are usually from 8am to 12noon, Monday - Saturday

Remuneration is $25/hr - $35/hr depending on performance and experience.

A minimum of 3 hours will be paid per session regardless of event duration.
