Role Summary/Purpose

The Health, Safety & Environmental (HSE) Specialist will be responsible for collaborating with onsite operations to ensure the safe execution of task onsite and the compliance all the applicable HSE procedures implementation and regulatory requirements.

He/She will work directly with the Site Operations Leader and the HSE Director or designee to ensure alignment with the business HSE priorities and strategies.

• Experience occupational safety and health, environmental management

The Physiotherapist helps patient restore mobility, function and independence through detailed assessment of problems and individualized treatment. The Physiotherapist works within the context of a multidisciplinary team.

(A) MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

The locum physiotherapist must have skills and competency in self management, and compliance to medicolegal and governance guidelines

• Be responsible for the caseload allocated and provide coverage as necessary
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical reports in continuity of care
• Be familiar with and adhere to basic tenets of JCI
• Maintain statistics on workload as needed by the Department and Hospital

Education, Training and Experience

• Recognized Degree in Physiotherapy

• Registered with Allied Health Professional Council (AHPC)

Broadly, this role ensures two outcomes of Clarity’s psychotherapy and professional counselling services to address the needs of the clients with mental health issues:

Professionalism in service delivery and adherence to standards of therapy.

Responsibilities

KKH is an 830-bed tertiary-level care hospital that provides obstetric, gynaecological, paediatric and other services. It is part of the SingHealth group of public hospitals. As an academic medical centre, KKH is a teaching hospital for Duke-NUS Graduate Medical School, Yong Loo Lin School of Medicine and Lee Kong Chian School of Medicine.

The position is based at the Department of Pathology and Laboratory Medicine (DPLM), the team is looking for pathologists with subspecialty interests in gynaecological pathology, breast pathology, cytology or any combination of the aforementioned areas. The gynaecological, breast pathology and cytology services have six pathologists responsible for providing a comprehensive clinical service comprising gynaecological and breast surgical pathology, frozen section cover, cytology and multidisciplinary meetings. The role of the successful candidate can be primarily clinical with a component of education or research responsibilities in accordance to the candidate’s preferences and aptitude. In this role, you will be part of the Development Secretariat team to support the Hospital Planning Committee (HPC) in the planning, coordination, development and management of Eastern General Hospital and Eastern Community Hospital (EGH Campus). You will support the Deputy Director (Hospital and Services Planning) to ensure that the execution, budget and quality of the development are in accordance with the established program, which includes end-user briefs, operations requirements, systems design with technology partners, guidelines and project timelines. Additionally, you will facilitate workshops, coordination meetings with various project stakeholders and reporting to HPC.

Job requirements

• Bachelor degree in Architectural, Engineering or related fields
• Minimum 8 years of related work experience and demonstrated competency (with at least 2 years of managerial / supervisory experience)
• Knowledge and skill in design thinking, change management, project management, process and technology adoption methodologies, would be a strong advantage
• Familiar with hospital operations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to engage various stakeholders

Job Description

KKH is an 830-bed tertiary-level care hospital that provides obstetric, gynaecological, paediatric and other services. It is part of the SingHealth group of public hospitals. As an academic medical centre, KKH is a teaching hospital for Duke-NUS Graduate Medical School, Yong Loo Lin School of Medicine and Lee Kong Chian School of Medicine.

Clinical- Service

1. To provide direct patient care.

2. To participate and/or organize team/modular patient care.

3. To supervise junior staff in clinical care.

4. To teach undergraduates and postgraduate trainees.

5. To provide CME programmes for general practitioners, specialists and sub-specialists.

Accountability- each staff will:

1. Be accountable to his/her clinical head.

Administrative

3. To assist in the planning of the annual operating budgets within the resources provided.

Manpower Planning and Performance Management

2. To fulfil the roles of the Unit/Services.

3. To provide his/her supervisor continual factual and qualitative information for the purpose of performance management.

4. To play an active role as a member/chairperson in the hospital/national level committee.

Responsibilities:

• Perform front-desk duties at our GP Clinic, such as scheduling of appointment, registration, dispensing of medication, payment collection and administrative duties relating to patients. Clinic Assist CMS.
• Registration of patients includes but not limited to checking of CHAS/Insurance eligibility, name, NRIC, contact no, address, drug allergies, patient’s declaration and temperature.
• Involve in administrative functions relating to work area such as stationary/drug/consumable ordering/stock-take.
• Attending to phone calls, scheduling, appointment, reminders and chronic medication follow-up.
• Handling administration and documentation of referrals, lab tests, and radiology services from various vendors.
• Administrative duties such as daily fridge temperature recording, sharp box disposal.
• Ensure that facilities are patient-friendly, safe and clean.

Other duties assigned by clinic manager and/or doctor from time to time.

Requirements:

• Diploma in any discipline / GCE 'A' Level / 'O' Level / Higher NITEC.
• Positive, self-motivated and patient service-orientated.
• Able to work independently.
• Able to work shifts and on weekends.
• Sufficient knowledge of basic computer skills.
