• Answering to patient’s inquiries and clarifying doubts if any
• Explain to patients on steps of their selected treatment and what to expect after
• Explain possible risks and downtime (if any) of treatment and ensure they sign consent form
• Checking Dr’s consult notes and following up with patient accordingly including dispensing correct items and making the necessary arrangements – i.e. follow up appointment.

Sales

• Ascertain patients’ end goal for their skin/body and provide the necessary recommendations that will work in tandem to doctors’ procedures
• Able to create a need for patient to return
• Able to cross sell full architecture of business
• Able to recommend suitable products and treatments based on patient’s concerns
• Able to learn fast and acquire thorough knowledge on all clinic’s treatments and products

Job Requirements:

• At least 1 year of relevant working experience
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Customer service oriented
