Role Summary/Purpose

The Health, Safety & Environmental (HSE) Specialist will be responsible for collaborating with onsite operations to ensure the safe execution of task onsite and the compliance all the applicable HSE procedures implementation and regulatory requirements.

He/She will work directly with the Site Operations Leader and the HSE Director or designee to ensure alignment with the business HSE priorities and strategies.

• Experience occupational safety and health, environmental management
• Minimum of 5 years of HSE experience
• HSE professional certification such as NEBOSH or (HSE Certificate specialist for Oil and Gas Industries)
• Familiarization with risk assessments
• Knowledge on lifting and rigging safe practices

Position Title: Assistant Warehouse Supervisor

Location: Ang Mo Kio

Salary Range: $2800 - $3200 + AWS & Variable Bonus

Working Hours:

• Monday to Friday: 9 am - 6 pm
• Saturday: 9 am - 1 pm (5.5 days/week)

Job Responsibilities:

• Supervise and monitor warehouse assistants to ensure safe and timely receipt, storage, retrieval, and dispatch of goods.
• Oversee and utilize the SAP system to optimize warehouse operations and time management.
• Ensure all stock is arranged and delivered based on the FIFO system.
• Manage delivery orders, packing lists, and inventory reporting.
• Conduct monthly inventory cycle counts and audits.
• Handle GMP and ISO compliance, including documentation, staff training, and adherence to SOPs.
• Plan and supervise staff schedules while ensuring operational efficiency.
• Monitor raw material deliveries, raise purchase orders, and coordinate forklift maintenance.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and secure warehouse environment.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, or Warehouse Management.
• At least 5 years of supervision experience in a similar role.
• Proficient in MS Excel, MS Word, and computer operations.
• Possess a valid forklift license.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to perform manual tasks when necessary.
