The Workplace Safety & Health Officer (WSHO) is a safety professional who has undergone stringent training in accordance with prescribed mandatory standards that govern the safety, health, wellbeing of human lives and business operative processes within a specified environment.

The WSHO shall possess solid fundamental knowledge of occupational safety, health and environment management and protecting such from harm and damages.

• Support to conduct competitive and market analysis.
• Review eCommerce site performance and recommend optimization plan.
• Support to explore online marketing opportunities.

3. Operational Effectiveness

• Liaise with Regional and Affiliates to establish and manage online activities.
• Build and maintain relationships & communication channels with Brands and Corporate teams.
• Manage information and communication to support better decision making.
• Effectively communicate issues and/or delays to key stakeholders

4. Tracking & Reporting

• Understand and translate reporting into business requirements.
• Evaluate digital program effectiveness.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
• Experience in eCommerce operations, preferably in the beauty or retail industry.
• Experience in Lazada store operations a plus
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make recommendations.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.
• Strategic thinker with a data-driven and results-oriented approach.

Job Description
