• Be the first smiling face our clients see, ensuring their journey from booking to bliss is seamless.
• Keep everything running like clockwork—appointments, schedules, and all the little details. Including digital touchpoints in spas
• Handle housekeeping duties and manage inventory to ensure everything is well-maintained.
• Work closely with ground team to ensure the highest quality service.
• Handle inquiries, manage bookings, and maintain client records and to also manage inventory and transactions
• Assist in creating a relaxing, luxurious environment that keeps clients coming back for more.
