RESPONSIBILTIES:

1. Device Training: Undergo comprehensive training on the operation and maintenance of spirometry and sleep testing devices. Stay updated on the latest protocols and guidelines for conducting these tests accurately.
   
2. Conduct Home-based Tests: Drive to patient residences to perform spirometry and sleep tests as scheduled. Set up testing equipment in accordance with established procedures to ensure accurate and reliable results. Educate patients on the testing process, including proper positioning and breathing techniques.
   
3. Test Administration: Administer spirometry tests to assess lung function, including forced vital capacity (FVC) and forced expiratory volume in one second (FEV1). Facilitate sleep tests to monitor sleep patterns and detect sleep disorders such as sleep apnea. Ensure adherence to safety protocols and infection control measures during test administration.
   
4. Data Collection and Documentation: Record test results accurately and maintain detailed documentation of patient information and test findings. Transmit test data to healthcare providers for interpretation and analysis. Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure timely reporting and follow-up on test results.
   
5. Equipment Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance checks on testing equipment to ensure optimal performance. Troubleshoot technical issues and coordinate equipment repairs as needed.
   
6. Patient Support: Provide compassionate and supportive care to patients throughout the testing process. Address patient concerns or questions related to the testing procedures and results. Maintain confidentiality and respect patient privacy at all times.

REQUIREMENTS:

1. High school diploma or equivalent.
2. Proficiency in operating medical testing devices. Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data collection and documentation.
3. Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with patients and healthcare professionals. Empathy and patience in dealing with patients experiencing health-related concerns.
4. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Willingness to travel to patient homes in Singapore.
5. Willingness to work evenings or weekends as needed to accommodate patient appointments.
6. Singaporean or PR only.

We are seeking a detail-oriented and enthusiastic Software Quality Assurance (SQA) Engineer to join our team. The SQA Engineer will be responsible for supporting the SQA efforts and ensuring the quality of our software products. They will work closely with the development scrum team and other stakeholders and participate in feature definition, requirement verification, and testing methodologies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Participate in developing and implementing comprehensive testing strategies and processes for software products
• Collaborate with the product and development team to contribute to the release management strategy, ensuring the successful and timely delivery of high-quality software products
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize test cases, develop test plans, and execute test cases
• Create and maintain testing documentation such as test plans, test cases, and test reports
• Identify, track, and manage defects and issues through their lifecycle
• Work with the development team to identify and resolve quality issues in a timely manner
• Support investigation of reported field issues to identify root cause
• Provide feedback to the development team on design and functionality to ensure high-quality products
• Collaborate with software development teams to identify and resolve system defects
• Document and communicate test results, and track software bugs and their resolution

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or related field
• 2+ years of experience in software quality assurance and testing
• Basic understanding of software testing methodologies and best practices
• Experience in writing test scripts using Gherkin and Cucumber for functional, integration, and regression testing
• Experience with API, web application and mobile application testing
• Experience with creating MongoDB queries
• Familiarity with test automation tools and frameworks such as Selenium, Appium, and JMeter
• Familiarity with programming languages such as Java, Python, or JavaScript
• Familiarity with agile development methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Attention to detail and ability to work independently
