Job Key Responsibilities:
· Managing the day to day Operations.
· Lead / Manage a team of Consultants and Therapists.
· Motivate and coach staff for better performance
· Maintain and update Customer database.
· Drive Sales into the shop through Marketing Support.
· Promote treatments and packages to Customers.
· Maintain the outlet overall presentation and responsible for the outlet Sales and Revenue
· Lead the Outlet Team in achieving Outlet Sales Target and productivity
· Achieve Personal Sales Target
· Evaluate progress against Sales Target, identify and implement the solutions
· Responsible for daily outlet operations such as handling of customer complaints, motivate staff morale, provide guidance & coaching to staff, etc
· Train, mentor and coach outlet staff to develop and maximize their performance

Requirements:

· At least 1 year above relevant working experience, prefer managerial staff specialize in Retail Sales or Service Industry experience.
