• Ensure staff are clinically competent and safe for delivery of care
• Ensure MOH, HCSA and Clinical standards are in compliance
• Nurture nurses and care-staff clinical competencies development .
• Document and track performance, attendance and training hours for each nurse as per MOH standards

Requirements:

• Min Diploma / Degree in Nursing
• Min 2 years of nurse clinician exp
• Exp in In patient ward / nursing home / Community hospital
