You will be responsible for :

• Providing safe, efficient and timely distribution (dispensing) of drugs, review and deliver drug therapy to achieve optimal pharmacotherapy outcome for the patient
• Providing pharmacy and clinical services to ensure medication use process is optimized for positive outcomes
• Assisting in the operations of a pharmacy section to meet standards and targets set by department

Requirements

• Full registration with Singapore Pharmacy Council
• Bachelor Degree / Masters in Pharmacy
• Minimum 1 year of experience
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Flexible hours can be considered to fit your schedule (Office hours OR Evening Hours from 6.30pm-7pm onwards)

Job Overview: We are seeking a compassionate and knowledgeable Health Coach with a nursing background to join our team. This is a home-based role focused on raising awareness of healthy lifestyles and providing individualized health coaching. The Health Coach will conduct phone consultations to explain health screening reports, guide individuals on their health journey, and promote positive lifestyle changes.

Key Responsibilities:

· Health Screening Report Explanation:

o Interpret and explain health screening reports to individuals in a clear, understandable manner.

o Address any questions or concerns related to the results.

· Individual Health Coaching:

o Conduct one-on-one phone coaching sessions to provide personalized advice and support.

o Empower individuals with education and resources for preventive health measures.

· Lifestyle Promotion:

o Raise awareness about the importance of a healthy lifestyle, including nutrition, physical activity, and stress management.

· Documentation and Reporting:

o Maintain accurate records of coaching sessions and individual progress.

o Provide feedback and suggestions to the management team to improve the coaching program.

Qualifications:

· Must be a registered nurse with previous clinical experience.

· Strong understanding of health screening processes and the ability to interpret medical reports.

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

· Ability to provide empathetic and non-judgmental support.

· Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote setting.

· Proficient in using phone and computer-based tools for communication and documentation.

Preferred Skills:

· Experience in health coaching or patient education.

· Knowledge of preventive health and lifestyle medicine.

Work Environment: This is a remote, home-based position paid by per consultation. Candidates can work based on their availability.
