Education/Experience and Qualifications:

• GCE “O” level or higher, Diploma preferred, with 1~2 years of progressive Quality responsibility preferably in Medical Device Manufacturing.
• Excellent Communication Skills. English written & oral communication skills are a must.
• Computer literate (MS Office).

• Identify areas of improvement to delight and elevate customer overall experience.
• Provide supportive role to hospital staff, i.e. corporate events, public talks, medical events (CME talks).
• Assist and deliver festive goods to doctors and clinic staff (e.g. Nurses' Day, Christmas, Chinese New Year and Mooncake festival).
• Any other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned by the Reporting Officer and company from time to time based on the company's needs.

REQUIREMENTS

• Degree in any discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience, relevant experience in healthcare and hospital services.
• Excellent written & verbal communication skills.
• Action orientated with ability to work quickly and efficiently in a fast moving environment.
• Proactive attitude with good initiative.
