• Deliver consistent professional spa services in a safe and comfortable manner
• Acknowledging and responding to relevant customer queries, needs and expectations
• Suggest and promote retail products or additional services
• Responsible for the maintenance of cleanliness and neatness of the spa facilities, treatment rooms and other parts of the spa.
• Responsible preparing the necessary treatment products, replenishment of stocks, towels supply etc.
• Apply best practices and be up to date with market trends
• Cooperate with and report to supervisor on any arising issues
