Position(s) available:

3 days week (Long Term Part-Time):

Wednesday, (8.30am - 1.30pm, 6:00pm - 8.30pm), Sunday: 08.30am - 12.00pm + Additional Shift If Applicalbe

$11 - $13/hour; depending on experience,

Responsibilities:

• Perform front-desk duties at our GP Clinic, such as scheduling of appointment, registration, dispensing of medication, payment collection and administrative duties relating to patients. Clinic Assist CMS.
• Registration of patients includes but not limited to checking of CHAS/Insurance eligibility, name, NRIC, contact no, address, drug allergies, patient’s declaration and temperature.
• Involve in administrative functions relating to work area such as stationary/drug/consumable ordering/stock-take.
• Attending to phone calls, scheduling, appointment, reminders and chronic medication follow-up.
• Handling administration and documentation of referrals, lab tests, and radiology services from various vendors.
• Administrative duties such as daily fridge temperature recording, sharp box disposal.
• Ensure that facilities are patient-friendly, safe and clean.

Other duties assigned by clinic manager and/or doctor from time to time.

Requirements:

• Diploma in any discipline / GCE 'A' Level / 'O' Level / Higher NITEC.
• Positive, self-motivated and patient service-orientated.
• Able to work independently.
• Able to work shifts and on weekends.
• Sufficient knowledge of basic computer skills.

Position Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Operations Admin Assistant to join our dynamic team. This pivotal role is responsible for overseeing warehousing operations, managing inventory levels, and addressing product-related issues to ensure seamless operations between our warehouse and retail outlets. The ideal candidate will demonstrate exceptional organizational skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Warehouse Operations Management:

1. Oversee and execute stock transfer processes, ensuring the accurate and timely movement of products within the warehouse and to retail locations.
2. Address product issues promptly, such as damages reported by retail partners, and coordinate effective solutions, including product returns or replacements.

• Loading and Unloading:

1. Assist in loading and unloading inventory during inbound and outbound shipments, adhering to established safety and operational protocols to minimize risk.

• Inventory Control:

1. Monitor and track stock requests from retail partners, proactively fulfilling orders to maintain optimal inventory levels and ensure product availability.
2. Conduct regular audits to reconcile stock levels in the inventory management system with actual inventory in both the warehouse and retail locations.

• Warehouse Maintenance and Support:

1. Ensure the warehouse is maintained with a clean and organized layout that promotes operational efficiency.
2. Oversee the preparation of products for retail delivery, including specific tasks such as boiling, packaging, and arranging deliveries for items like herbal eggs.

• Collaboration and Communication:

1. Work closely with the operations team and supervisors to identify areas for improvement and streamline processes.
2. Communicate effectively with retail partners to address any inventory concerns and ensure customer satisfaction.

• Additional Responsibilities:

1. Perform other tasks as assigned by the supervisor, demonstrating a flexible approach to support team objectives and operations.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; experience in operations, logistics, or warehousing preferred.
• Fresh Graduate are Welcome
• Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in inventory management systems and basic computer application
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on problem-solving.
• Physical ability to lift and move products as required.

• This position may involve physical activities such as lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
• The role requires flexibility to adapt to a dynamic work environment and varying operational demands.

Salary: Up to $3.2K + AWS (Depending on experience)

Working Hours: 5/6 working days/ month

(fixed AM/ fixed PM)

AM duty - 7am to 3pm

PM duty - 1230 pm to 830pm (Jan 2025 onwards will be 1.30-9.30pm)

5 / 6 days work week.

Job Scope:

- Serve medication (morning, afternoon and evening)

- Documentation and supervisory duties

- Check medications at office and do stock take when necessary
