Job Summary​

This is a 6 months contract role and you will be based in our plant office at Tuas. Company transport is provided to all our employees working at Tuas. 5 days work week, 7:45am to 4:45pm.

Responsibilities

• Be actively involved in talent acquisition for internal sourcing, preparing the job descriptions, posting job advertisements, liaising with recruitment vendors, interview & assessment to ensure a seamless hiring process.
• Execute interview schedule with hiring manager and follow it up to get hiring decision
• Monitor and manage employee referral scheme and channel the referral to interview process if it is fits the requirements.
• Support in Recruitment exercise where applicable, e2i, ITE,
• Support onboarding activities such as work pass issuance, conducting new hire orientation.
• Provide monthly recruitment and headcount data and reports. Update in hiring status where necessary.
• Assist in salary analysis for Job Group 1 candidates and ensure it fulfils guidelines.

Preferred Requirements

• Some working/internship experience in HR field is desirable.
• Able to commit at least 6 months contract with us.
• Comfortable to work at our plant office at Tuas. We provide company transport to all our employees working at Tuas.
• 5 days work week, 7:45am to 4:45pm
• Able to start work immediately is an advantage

Responsibilities

• Perform beauty treatment services according to the required standards set by the Company

• Sales consultation and services for slimming, facial and beauty

• Ensure customers ‘total’ satisfaction after each treatment therapy

• Handle clients requests and enquiries

• Perform general housekeeping duties

Requirements

• Self-motivated and good interpersonal skills

• Can work on weekends

• 2-3 years relevant experience
