Duties:

• Accurately document and update operational data, ensuring quality, integrity, and compliance with standards.
• Store and organize documents, ensuring accessibility and adherence to retention policies.
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and conduct regular documentation audits.
• Compile and update budgetary, operational, sales, and order data.
• Manage data in the Iris system and upload BOMs received from QA.
• Work with Customer Service to track and update shipping invoices.

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma in any field
• 1-2 years of administrative experience

Oversee and perform patient rehabilitation for musculoskeletal issues, strains, sprains, slipped disc including dry needling, myofascial release, joint manipulation.

Person will also be responsible for being an assistant manager to 1-3 staff members depending on the day and time.

Minor administative duties like maintaining stocks of rehabilitation equipment and retail items.

i) Provide professional nail services including manicure/pedicure, nail extension and gel nail services

ii) Provide eyelash extension services

iii) Provide hair extension services

iv) Promote and assist the customers for the selection of products and services

Job Description

You will be part of a multidisciplinary team responsible for providing safe and high-quality nursing care. You must be competent in the assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation of care. You will conduct health education and patient counselling. Nurses with more experience will need to demonstrate abilities in coaching, teaching and presentation skills.

The job holder is responsible to provide administrative support to the department and function as a personal assistant to the HOD

MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

(A) SPECIFIC

• To assist the Head of Department to maintain personal files, co-ordinate staff appraisals and other confidential works
• Responsible for typing of professional memos and correspondence
• Responsible for calendar of activities for professional development
• Responsible for requisition of internet access, name cards, name stamps, laptop etc for department
• Responsible for stationery order
• To assist in the preparation of training/teaching slides and other presentation slides
• To coordinate/assist in the development of training programmes for basic and advance programmes
• Booking of facilities
• To organise departmental meetings, minutes taking and ensure follow-up of outstanding matters
• Responsible for preparation of monthly report, updating of department funds and other funds

(B) GENERAL

• To provide admin support for overseas visitors
• To provide admin support for all courses, including preparation of course materials, feedback forms, certificates, liaison with external partners and registration
• Embrace continuous improvement as our way of life by improving and refining work performance on a daily basis.
• Any other duties assigned by supervisor
