The Centre for Population Health Research and Implementation (CPHRI) is a centralised platform for population health research, innovation, implementation and evaluation activities at the SingHealth Regional Health System. About the Centre for Research in Health Systems Performance (CRiHSP)

Optimizing the performance of health systems is essential to ensuring the wellbeing and longevity of populations worldwide. Singapore is particularly well placed to lead research in this field as its health system has been consistently ranked as one of the best in the world based in independent evaluation with the Global Burden of Disease data. The new Centre for Research in Health Systems Performance (CRiHSP) aims to advance research in this area within National University Health System (NUHS) and Yong Loo Lin School of Medicine of the National University of Singapore (NUS) as the leading centre for research in halrth system in Asia with the core functions of research, health pòlicy intelligence, capacity building and evaluation.

About the role

This role is the lead administrator to support all CRiHSP’s activities to achieve its overarching mission. What you will need

Job Responsibilities:

Job Summary

• Provide Centre-based Nursing and nursing care at St Andrew’s Senior Care

Centre-Based Nursing

• Assist Staff Nurse to Implement nursing interventions as outlined in the care plan and carry out nursing procedures according to the care needs of the client.
• Nursing Care in the centre
• Provide nursing assessment for new clients and regular review of assessment
• Co-ordinate with other team members and updating them of the changes in the client’s condition and needs
• Prepare clinical documentation, monitor outcomes of services and perform escalation of cases if there is need for more acute management of clients
• Assist Staff Nurse to provide ongoing support and education to the caregiver, client and family
• Assist Staff Nurse to provide supervision to Nursing aides and Healthcare assistant when they are performing nursing care duties

• To be conversant with all emergency procedures.

Qualification

Special Aptitude And Knowledge

• Good knowledge of the health care environment and service processes. Experience in community care provision is an added advantage.
• Highly motivated and able to maintain good interpersonal relationships, in collaboration with various partners in the healthcare system.

Working Hours

• Monday - Friday (42.5 hours per week / 8.5 hours per day)

Experience

• A minimum of 5 years’ experience in clinical area such as acute or community hospital.

Responsibilities:

• Capable in carrying out skin analysis and give professional advice / recommendations to patients as per the Company’s system
• Attending to clients’ inquiries, including telephone inquiries and walk in customers
• Responsible in appointment scheduling, confirmations and promotion announcement
• Responsible in registering clients and cashiering duties in sales transactions
• Provide assistance in retrieval, filing, updating and recording of consultation cards

Requirements:

• At least 1-3 years working experience in similar industry
• Willing to work full day on Saturdays, 5 Days Week, 9 a.m. to 7 p.m.
