Your responsibilities

1. Patient and Family Counseling:Conduct interviews and provide counseling to patients and their families to address psycho-social problems.
   
2. Collaboration with Healthcare Professionals:Communicate with medical staff, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to discuss and plan comprehensive patient management.
   
3. External Collaboration:Liaise with other government departments, social services organizations, or private agencies to meet the diverse needs of patients.
   
4. Record Keeping:Maintain accurate case records on patients.
   
5. Staff Orientation:Participate in the orientation of new staff members.
   
6. Committee Representation:Represent the department on committees involving statutory, voluntary, and community organizations providing social services.
   
7. Professional Development:Attend supervision sessions, department meetings, case conferences, training workshops, and seminars.
   
8. Research and Special Projects:Conduct psycho-social research and engage in relevant special projects.
   
9. Home Visits:Visit patients' homes to assess social conditions and family dynamics, offering counseling and support
