• Tracking of activities, project timelines, budget utilization and measurable performance indicators and targets.

• Pre-award activities: Disseminate innovation grant funding opportunities, collate and coordinate innovation grant submissions, track innovation grant submissions and outcomes.
• Post-award activities: Set up finance accounts, assist to negotiate collaboration agreements where necessary, project-specific logistical coordination and purchases, track grant budget utilisation, coordinate for claims from funding agencies, KPI tracking.
• Grant closeout activities: Assist to inform relevant departments and stakeholders of closure, ensure disbursement of funding is completed, and close finance accounts.
• Adhoc duties will include minute taking and act as secretariat to committees and management meetings.
• Perform any other duties that may be assigned from time to time.
