Job Description

● Leads provided

● Search for properties

● Keeping in touch with clients via calls and emails to notify them of the consultancy services offer

● Securing a consulting deal by preparing and presenting business proposals to clients to convince them of his/her consultancy services

● Advertising, marketing, and promoting property vacancies to attract prospective tenants and buyers.

● Search and arrange viewings for suitable properties for clients purchase or lease

● Carrying out thorough research and analysis of the real estate and/or property market to identify areas with increasing demand and profitability

● Maintaining up-to-date and accurate knowledge of government policies and relationships with legal professionals and other consultants to exchange information and boost personal networks

● Liaising with legal counsels to prepare sale and lease documents

● Overseeing and handling negotiations with real estate agents and/or realtors on behalf of clients.

Requirements

● Min Diploma in Real Estate

● Persons with a CEA license or equivalent

● Singaporeans/PR applicants only

● Preferably some years of working experience in the property field.

● Entry level candidates are welcome to apply as training will be provided.

● Meticulous, Systematic and Organized person.

● Able to work independently as well as a good team player.

● Good listening and communication skills.

● Strong analytical skills, as he/she must conduct research and analyze the property market to find a profitable deal

Responsibilities & Duties

Job scope:

• Acquire new customer base via cold calling, emailing, and networking
• Identify and develop potential business opportunities, locally and overseas
• Make strategic plans by industry and accounts
• Make sales presentation to customers’ onsite/offsite
• Develop and execute advertising & promotion strategies
• Customize products/packages with Strategic Partners to meet customer’s needs
• Generate sales report

Qualifications & Skills Required:

• Diploma and above in any field
• Preferably with at least 1 year of experience in media sales
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office (Powerpoint, Word & Excel)
