Basic requirements:

- 6 days work week
- Other ad-hoc duties instructed by the manager
- Promote wide range of services and packages

- Able to speak basic Chinese and English to maintain good after-sales relationship with different racial clients. (Most clients speak English and Chinese only)

Job Responsibilities:

• Perform Cold Calling, Sourcing, Interviewing, Profiling and Staffing of candidates to meet clients' requirements.
• 360-degree recruitment role to liaise with clients and candidates for permanent and contract placements.
• Maintain and Manage existing clients' relationship.
• Perform research on current/new industries and source for new candidates channels.
• Job advertisements postings.
• Other Ad-hoc jobs assigned.

Requirements:

• at least 1 year of recruitment experience preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage directly with clients to understand their sustainability goals and challenges.

• Develop and present in-depth technical explanations and solution plans tailored to clients’ ESG needs.

• Collaborate with solution engineers to formulate integrated and innovative joint solutions.

• Provide expert input on renewable energy and sustainable practices to support product and solution development.

• Stay updated on industry trends and ESG standards to ensure solutions align with global best practices and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree or higher in Environmental Science, Renewable Energy, Engineering, or a related field.

• Solid understanding of ESG principles and sustainability frameworks.

• Experience in consulting, client engagement, or solution development, particularly in the renewable energy sector.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to translate client needs into actionable technical plans.

• Proficiency in project management and cross-functional team collaboration.

• Fluency in English; additional language proficiency is a plus.

· Analyze, develop, enhance, debug, support, maintain, test applications

· The primary work comprises of requirement analysis, mapping design, technical specification, programming, code review, job scheduling, perform unit test and SIT, support UAT, deploy to production, post implementation support, and technical documentation.

Key Skills:

· Experience with Oracle PL/SQL, Oracle SQL.

· Experience with ACTIMIZE product is mandatory

· Good to have: Batch Scripting, Control M, DevOps.

· Analyze Requirements and form solutions for the application.

Responsibilities:

• Ideate, prioritize, and define requirements based on market and customer insights.
• Analyze trends, assess technology, and generate product concepts.
• Define competitive positioning and USP.
• Execute NPD plan within timelines, aligning Scrum teams via Agile.
• Source manufacturers, liaise with formulators, and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Conduct efficacy, safety, and stability tests with manufacturers.
• Finalize product specs, labels, and packaging with relevant teams.
• Research pricing, create costing data, and present to management.
• Provide technical support to Marketing and conduct product training.
• Monitor industry trends, competitor actions, and product performance.
• Manage product improvements and corrective actions with manufacturers.
• Ensure compliance with standards and support company goals with additional projects.

Requirements:

• Degree in Nutrition/ Chemistry/Pharmacy or equivalents.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in product development or management within dietary supplements or health food.
• Proficient in product/project management, with strong planning and time management skills.
• Resourceful, analytical, and effective at problem-solving.
