Job Description:

• Leads in the identification of new business opportunities, as well as developing existing ones
• Communicates and drives business strategy across the permanent recruitment function
• Understand P&L and provide accurate forecast figures to your Manager
• Win new accounts through leveraging existing relationships within Airswift’s business globally

Job Requirements:

• Possess at least 8 years of recruitment experience with STEM industries
• Very good understanding of all commercial and delivery aspects of a recruitment business
• Experience with retained or engaged solutions is an advantage
• Demonstrate a track record of successfully meeting and exceeding targets
• Experienced in business development and securing business opportunities
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Takes a commercial, pragmatic approach to decision making with proper risk management
• Enjoy collaborating with other sales/recruitment team in or outside of region
• Experienced in working within diversified markets (Process, Energy & Infrastructure)

• At least 5-7 years of relevant SAP QM and PP, authorization experience in manufacturing environment (Chemical industry preferred) and SAP ECC 6.0 and/or S/4 HANA.
• Have strong integration working experience and knowledge of the key integration points between the other SAP modules.
• It is best to have SAP certification in the QM/PP module, along with foundational knowledge in SAP report development (ABAP) and form development.
• Must have at least two full life-cycle SAP R/3 ECC 6.0 and / or SAP S/4 HANA implementation experience (Project Preparation till Go-Live) or greenfield implementation
• Strong understanding of QM and PP functionalities and able to apply them to business issues and have hands-on experience in configuring them. Should have good integration experience in SD/MM/PP. Knowledge of integration between IBP, BW and ECC will have advantage
• Capability to assess issues and offer explicit suggestions.
• Must be able to work independently as well as a team player and can manage own workload with little to no supervision.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, Information System, Info-communications, Science or its equivalent
• Good communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills.
• Must be familiar with process and project documentation.
• Capability to juggle various tasks and oversee multiple assignments and projects concurrently.
• Must be results oriented, and demonstrate a can-do attitude – adaptability, flexibility and resourcefulness

SAP SD Consultant

Responsibilities:

• Lead workshops to gather the information needed for fit-gap analysis or blueprints.
• Document functional requirements related to Sales & Distribution and basic CRM and Logistics Execution (like Transport Management) business processes.
• Advise clients on solution directions and the move to the new technologies (S4 HANA), other Manufacturing, Planning and MES solutions
• Development of Prototypes/Proof-of-Concepts.
• Customizing of the SAP S4 HANA SD module and integration with other modules.
• Design organizational structure and Key data elements
• Coordinate, communicate and assign tasks within the team;
• Define and execute tests scenarios.
• Training of key-users and or business users.
• Develop solutions and proposals, functional fitment and value differentiation for SAP SD and related modules.
• Involve in solution demo and technical presentations
• Assist in developing the practice and related skills and assets

Requirements:

• Experience in SAP SD implementation projects and 3 years of S4HANA implementation experience with at least 2 E2E implementation cycles.
• Preference for relevant SAP Certification.
• Broad SAP knowledge with direct experience in data migration and interface development in addition to functional consulting
• Bachelor or master studies in IT, Engineering or Manufacturing Supply Chain.
• Experience in a client-facing role preferably with an ASEAN based Consulting firm.
