Requirements

• 5-days work week - Wednesday to Sunday, 8.30am to 6.15pm each day. Monday and Tuesday are fixed rest days.

As a HIIT (High-Intensity Interval Training) Group Instructor, you will lead dynamic fitness classes designed to enhance cardiovascular endurance, strength, and overall fitness levels. You will motivate and guide participants through high-energy workouts while ensuring safety and proper technique.

Key Responsibilities:

• Class Preparation: Design and plan engaging HIIT workout routines that cater to varying fitness levels.
• Instruction and Demonstration: Lead classes by demonstrating exercises and providing clear, concise instructions. Ensure all participants understand proper form and technique.
• Motivation: Encourage and inspire participants to push their limits and achieve their fitness goals. Foster a positive and inclusive group atmosphere.
• Safety and Wellness: Monitor participants for signs of fatigue or injury, providing modifications as necessary. Ensure a safe workout environment and adhere to all safety protocols.
• Performance Tracking: Help participants track their progress, offering feedback and support to help them reach their individual fitness objectives.
• Equipment Management: Set up, maintain, and store fitness equipment safely. Ensure all equipment is in good working condition.
• Community Building: Build a sense of community among participants, fostering relationships and encouraging camaraderie.
• Continuous Education: Stay updated on fitness trends, techniques, and safety guidelines. Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities.
