1. Leadership and Strategic Oversight:

2. Advanced System Administration:
Manage and optimize advanced Avaya solutions, including Avaya Aura, Avaya IP Office, and Avaya Contact Center platforms.
Oversee system upgrades, patches, and lifecycle management to ensure performance and reliability.
Design and manage complex call flows, IVR systems, and SIP trunking solutions.
3. Network and Security Integration:
Collaborate with network teams to configure routers, switches, and firewalls for Avaya system integration.
Implement Quality of Service (QoS) to ensure optimal voice and video communication performance.
Design and enforce robust security measures for Avaya platforms, protecting against VoIP vulnerabilities, DDoS attacks, and unauthorized access.

Required Skills and Qualifications
Technical Expertise:
