Responsibilities

• Support Global Customs & Trade Compliance team with Import and Export Classification (HTS and ECCN), Customs Valuation, or any other topics, focusing on the region but also from a Global standpoint.
• Enforce procedures to ensure restricted party screening is conducted on all transactions, including domestic transactions, to include customers, freight forwarders, suppliers, etc.

• Perform Trade Compliance Import and Export Audits as needed.
• Provide advice and hands-on assistance on projects involving the use of Free Trade Agreements (FTAs), customs valuation and transfer pricing, and applying for trade schemes provided by Singapore Customs and other related authorities.
• Undertake Denied Party Screenings and evaluate potential matches and release holds.
• Identify import/export compliance issues and escalate them as appropriate.
• Support the Company’s Business Units (BUs) across the Asia Pacific region concerning day-to-day questions regarding customs and indirect taxes (GST/VAT)
• Work with other departments, including Finance, Tax, Logistics, and BUs to advise on indirect tax and customs matters arising from business changes or proposed transactions (e.g., import and export considerations, FTA optimization, bonded warehouses, GST/VAT impact).
• Develop communication and training plans to raise awareness among stakeholders on customs and indirect taxes and compliance processes.

Experience Requirements

• Minimally possessing a Bachelor of International Business or related discipline preferred
• Minimum 7 years of experience with Customs and Trade compliance in US and APAC Region
• Strong working knowledge of import/export regulations, controls, and trade compliance practices within Asia as well as US-China export controls
• Working knowledge of the Harmonized Tariff Schedule and Classification.
• Working Knowledge of Commerce Control List and Dual Use Goods List and Classification
• Experience with import and export license determination, regional free trade agreements, special customs authorizations, and customs security programs

The Senior Client Success Specialist is an advanced subject matter expert, responsible for building and maintaining the client relationship to drive value for the client and increased lifetime value for the organization.

You're well-versed in the English language, and perhaps even in one or two more languages.

Responsible for CS content in over 10 countries across the globe, you possess a global mindset and can work with various functional teams across the organization as well as third-party vendors. You're a team player who requires little supervision and is a self-starter.

• Bachelor’s degree
• 4+ years of editorial work experience (i.e. copywriting, journalism, publishing etc.)
• Develop comprehensive documentation that meets function needs and organizational standards.
• Be Subject Matter Expert in CS operation processes and translate them into simple, polished, and engaging content.
• Manage a team of outsourced content writers remotely.
• Able to manage multiple assignment and tasks simultaneously and is detailed-orientated and thoroughness in accomplishing tasks through concern for all the areas involved.
• Ability to shift gears quickly, tackling diverse departmental functions, and working with colleagues across the business in different territories.

WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON

• Manage the CS content workflow on various communication platforms such as Huddle and Athletes’ Knowledge Base (AKB) internally and, information on Get Help site, for external stakeholders.
• Plan and strategize content support required by x-functional teams for new projects and initiatives.
• Ability to identify problem areas or procedural deficiencies and proactively suggest improvements to the team.
• Create, track, and monitor daily, weekly and monthly reporting data and KPI for content and social metrics.
• Plan and strategize Nike App social commenting strategy for Asia Hub countries.
• Collaborate with Global Social team and x-functional team on campaign execution and communication strategy.
• Establish social listening workflow to monitor Nike App community comments and topic trends.
• Generate comprehensive reports on Nike App community sentiment and notable trends.

Summary:

• Basic up to $3500 + commission (Gross can be up to $5000)
• Yearly performance bonus (Up to 4 months)
• Car allowance $500 (Transportation reimbursement provided for salesman without a car)
• Petrol allowance $500

• Office hours 8.30 - 5.30pm

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify new business opportunities and oversee the successful development and launch of new product initiatives
• Ensure a constant flow of new business activity while maintaining existing business level
• Set pricing levels and strategies in co-ordination with the management
• Monitor and report market trends and competitor activity
• Responsive to both external and internal customer needs and assist in resolution
• Present and demonstrate the products features in front of customers
• Deliver accurate sales and budget forecasts
• Other relevant ad-hoc duties

• With past experience in similar industry or constructios background
