Our Client is in the Financial Industry. Due to their current expansion plan, they are looking for a Mortgage Loan Specialist to join their team, in hopes of developing the current high performing team. They are located in the East.

Responsibilities

• Acquire and onboard new clients to meet challenging sales goals for loan disbursements, client growth, and portfolio performance.
• Provide tailored advice on refinancing options, loan structuring, and repayment plans to support client needs.
• Conduct thorough evaluations of borrowers’ financial profiles, including income, credit history, and existing obligations.
• Guide clients through the loan application process, ensuring they understand terms, conditions, and interest rates.
• Verify and review loan applications along with supporting documents such as income proof, bank statements, and identification.
• Ensure all documentation is accurate, complete, and adheres to regulatory guidelines.
• Oversee the loan process from approval to disbursement, ensuring a smooth client experience.
• Address post-approval client queries, including repayment concerns and adjustments.
• Stay informed about regulatory updates, lending policies, and market trends to maintain a competitive edge.
• Any ad-hoc duty as assigned.

Requirement

• Min Diploma in finance, business, economics or a related field.
• Min 3 years of experience in consumer loans, mortgage or banking services.
• Experience in real estate markets is an added advantage.
• Knowledge in financial analysis will be added advantage.
