Role Description
The role will be assisting in works for FLO, an e-commerce aromatherapy brand under the registered parent company. The E-Commerce Operations Specialist reports to the Operations and Product Development Manager.
FLO is expanding into more marketing and sales channels, product lines, and works for both B2C and B2B thus allowing the role to be involved hands-on in a diversity of work.
As a young brand, we have a culture of learning and nurturing, regardless of any roles and positions, and strong teamwork. With a close-knitted team, the role will have the opportunity to work closely with different managers. We also value independent time to cultivate our staff in their resourcefulness and creativity development in running some of the works.
As an e-commerce brand, digital skillsets has been a major focus within the company and will continue to be developed upon as it will be particularly relevant in this day and age. The attachment will aim to expose and equip the role with skills and knowledge in the digital platforms amidst offline works.
Specific Responsibilities
- Order processing, fulfilment and packing
- Production management, planning and maintaining a healthy stock level
- Inventory control and assist Managers with inventory management
- Product listing management
- Logistics coordination of both local and overseas freight
- Support day-to-day operations
