About the role
We are looking for a Specialist Partner Lead to join our Care Experience team to help Doctor Anywhere in accelerating growth and driving success of our business across the region. You will primarily look to develop partnerships with external specialist doctors to develop a strong foundation of specialist networks to support in providing care for local /overseas patients.
The ideal candidate will need to have exceptional drive and energy to work in fast-paced environment, strong financial and analytical skills, a can-do attitude, and be adept in managing stakeholders across the organisation. This role is based in Singapore and reports directly to the Head of Care Experience.
A summary of the key responsibilities are as follows:
● Identify and source for new specialists and hospitals in Singapore to be onboarded into our ecosystem to provide access to care for patients
● Foster relationships with our existing partner network of specialists, addressing their needs and troubleshoot any operational issues promptly
● Coordinate with internal stakeholders to onboard partnering doctors into our tech-enabled system to support patient referral flow from all channels. Drive alignment and communications across multiple teams to ensure smooth running of operations
● Track and report key operational / financial indicators on specialist network performance to senior management
About you
● Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, or any related field.
● Minimum of 5 years of working experience in a business development, partnerships or sales role, preferably in the Healthcare sector
● Proven track record of strategic account management and success in leading and growing partnerships with both internal and external stakeholders
● Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
● Data-driven mindset to develop actionable strategies in account management based on data-driven insights
● Comfortable with advanced functionality of Microsoft Office tools (e.g. Powerpoint,Word and Excel)
