Responsibilities:

• Architectural Design: Design and architect microservices-based systems that leverage React for the front-end and .NET for the backend. Ensure the architecture is scalable, secure, and meets the business requirements.

• Technology Strategy: Define and drive the technology roadmap for the microservices platform. Stay up to date with emerging technologies and best practices in the microservices, front-end, and back-end development ecosystem.

• System Integration: Design and oversee the integration of various services, ensuring seamless communication between microservices, and the front-end.

• Performance Optimization: Identify and address performance bottlenecks in the system. Optimize the architecture for speed, scalability, and reliability.

• Security: Implement security best practices across the architecture, ensuring data protection and compliance with relevant regulations.

• Technical Leadership: Provide technical guidance and mentorship to development teams. Review and approve design and code to ensure adherence to architectural standards .

• Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, UX/UI designers, developers, and other stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

• Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive architectural documentation, including system designs, data flows, and deployment plans.

• Continuous Improvement: Advocate for and implement continuous improvement practices, including automated testing, continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD), and DevOps methodology

Required skills:

• Proven experience in software architecture, specifically in microservices architecture.

• Extensive experience with front-end technologies, particularly React.

• Deep expertise in .NET development and the ecosystem.

• Experience in cloud-based architecture (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) is a plus.

• Strong understanding of RESTful API design, GraphQL, and other integration patterns.

• Proficient in containerization technologies like Docker and orchestration tools like Kubernete

• Familiarity with database design and management, including SQL and NoSQL databases.

• Certifications: Relevant certifications in cloud architecture, microservices, or related fields are desirable.

• Experience with serverless architecture and event-driven systems.

• Knowledge of modern authentication and authorization protocols like OAuth, JWT, and OpenID Connect.

• Experience in leading large-scale enterprise projects.

Your new role

Below are some of the key responsibilities for the role;

· To support & execute the annual Go-To-Market strategy for the assigned portfolio of products, based on segmentation principles, pricing strategy and other marketing concepts where applicable.

· To create and execute the marketing plans to drive growth of sales, market share and profits that is in line with the annual sales targets.

· To conduct consumer insight researches to support the brand development strategies.

· To identify growth opportunities and develop plans to gain market share in the identified segments.

· To foster and maintain strong relationship with Key Opinion Leaders.

· To support the launch new products where applicable.

· To support and monitor the utilization of marketing A&P effectively.

· To collaborate and coordinate with sales, supply chain and regulatory teams to ensure execution of marketing plan and gaining maximum Return of Investment on marketing investment.

What you'll need to succeed
The successful candidate, should have;

· Diploma/Degree qualified with a background in Business, Marketing, Digital Marketing, Life Sciences or Pharmacy.

· The candidate must have at least 2 years’ experience in product management & brand marketing in the FMCG / Pharmaceutical Consumer healthcare industry.

· Digital Marketing knowledge or experience will be a pre-requisite.

· Computer literate - proficient in Microsoft Excel & Power Point.

· Knowledge in design software such as Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator will be a strong advantage.

ABOUT THE ROLE & TEAM:

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

• Provide Service Operations support to internal and external customers in accordance with the terms of the customer contract and Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
• Ensure the correct functioning and maintenance of all internal and external systems and products serviced by Service Operations
• When required, act as the customer SPOC and coordinate the scheduling of intervention with Customer's, internal resolver groups, and the Service Desk ensuring the highest level of customer services and communications are maintained to resolve the fault and incident within the prescribed SLA.
• Carry out incident and problem management support to the highest standards and co-ordinate the resolution with the appropriate resolver groups
• Ensure shortest restoral times possible, initiating the timely escalations to specialized resolver groups inside and outside SITA, according to the customer contracts, SLAs and monitoring requirements
• To ensure the Service Operations team adheres to the highest working standards for all incidents and problems by providing guidance, support and direct management.
• Proactively detect problems related to service and infrastructure operations and delivery services, conduct diagnostics and provide service request ownership to ensure resolution of customer problems
• Support the senior team members in the management, reporting, and coordination of day-day tasks during the absence of the Lead Engineer
• Adhere to installation guidelines and industry best practices in order to deliver quality service and infrastructure operations
• Use the appropriate tools and equipment to perform the installation, intervention, and repairs in accordance with Service Operations and Delivery guidelines and instructions where provided
• Report and escalate to the next level those problems which cannot be fixed
• Carry out preventive and proactive maintenance of equipment and monitoring of systems and services in accordance with agreed schedules and customer expectations
• Perform Change Management, Configurations, Design and Implementation of the supported Product & Systems
• Manage local suppliers in the provision of services for the SITA Service Operations centres and report on services provided to management.
• Conducts the analysis, definition, documentation and testing of application & systems enhancements
• To provide onsite support to Users during the cutover of the services
• Continuously identify and document lessons learnt, known errors and operational knowledge for improved services
• When/where required, be contactable for escalations and support, on and on-call standby basis
• When/where required, perform assigned tasks on 12 x 7 shifts basis.

EXPERIENCE:

• Degree or equivalent Diploma / Certificate in Computer Science, Electronic Engineering or equivalent
• Minimum 8 years experience in the network, and/or application/system support domain.
• Must have dealt directly with external customers delivering to SLAs.
• Exposure to ITIL and IT/network components and principles
• Demonstrated maturity in handling complex customer issues and demanding customers
• Ability to coach new joiners and to facilitate their integration into the team
• Knowledge of Airline and CAA customers use of ACM applications
• Ability to organize the activity of a team and to take ownership of issues until resolution
