Your Tasks

• Design and develop relevant pricing tools that support analysis and review of pricing, costing, operational process, and profit for selected customers.
• Analyse and deploy pricing strategies on RFQs and GSRT with maximization of tools capability.
• Lead the Commercial, other functions and other regional/ global teams on pricing systems, tools and reports for actions from SPA workshop and country participation request from Regional Pricing.
• Create effective business reports on compliance level of Key Compliance KPIs (available from Monthly Pricing Reports) with regular reviews/projects.
• Invent Pricing programs through tools such as RADAR, CARAT and STP for yield improvement and for price changes such as Ship to Profile/Ship to Commit exercise, Surcharge compliance exercise and new rates program.
• Devise innovative processes to make pricing offers more efficient through offer management system and country rating system(GRE), driving faster profitable growth for DHL's business forward.
• Anchor for continuous improvement through collaborative efforts of pricing, customer masterdata management and sales support processes.
• Execute pricing and yield improvement initiaitives such as GPI, Ship to Profile/Commit, SPA through data management and analysis.
• Train the commercial function in pricing systems and tools for onboarding and refresher course, ensuring all commercial stakeholders are adequately trained with pricing knowledge.
• Support strategic pricing projects such as General Price Increase, Strategic Pricing Initiative, S&S/DVRA Clean up program and Ship to Profile/Ship to Commit review among others.
• Support in all pricing systems, tools and reports related projects.
• Develop technical skills and knowledge of pricing executives.
• Plan, lead and manage projects with cross functional stakeholders.
• Incumbent must be able to demonstrate ability to train and equip the pricing team with pricing tools, analytical skill and efficient processes

What You Bring

• Minimum of 5-8 years’ experience in a product and/ or service pricing role, or in a marketing or business analysis position will be an added advantage.
• Knowledge and understanding of DHL pricing and costing methodologies and tools is preferred.
• Strong analytical capability including expertise in spreadsheet (MS Excel) and database (MS Access) program, Power BI and Tableau.
• Simulation and forecasting competence is preferred.
• Good business and marketing orientation.
• Degree in Business/ Finance/ Marketing/ Commerce/ Accounting or equivalent will be preferred.

Scope of work

• Prepare technical training materials for new kitchen equipment as and when needed.

• Train new technicians on technical skills and service quality in conformance with company mission and vision.

• Perform quality checks on technicians’ technical service and service quality in conformance with company mission and vision.

• Perform troubleshooting, repair, and servicing of kitchen equipment, as and when needed.

• Perform preventive maintenance of kitchen equipment, as and when needed.

• Perform delivery and installation of kitchen equipment to customer sites, as and when needed.

• Ensure proper care of tools, materials, and work areas.

• Ensure proper care of company properties.

• Ensure proper care of spare part inventories as issued by company.

• Ensure the daily work activities are carried out in a timely manner and in accordance with the company procedures and standards.

• Carry out any other tasks as reasonably requested by the Operations Manager.

Client Service Group, KYC Team (12-months contract)

Salary: Up to $5,500 monthly + completion bonus

• Job Responsibilities:
  • To perform KYC due diligence of new relationships and existing clients (periodical revisions) for Hong Kong, Singapore, China, Malaysia, Australia, Taiwan and Japan entities as a Maker or Checker;
  • To conduct checks and due diligence on these clients primarily looking out for PEP/Adverse news/information that may be detrimental to the reputation of the bank;
  • To liaise and coordinate with Front Office and Client Office Team on the collection of the KYC documents/information;
  • To escalate complex cases to APAC Compliance and/or Head Office Financial Security for advice, clarification or validation where applicable;
  • To provide guidance and sharing of KYC knowledge to the junior team members in the team and other departments;
  • Inputting and Maintenance of the Static Data/Accounts of the Clients into the KYC Database;
  • Ensure accurate and proper maintenance of statistics for timely MIS reporting/other ad-hoc reports and perform monthly reconciliation on the KYC Status versus Opened Accounts of the Existing Clients (when required);
  • To work with Client Office to ensure deliverables is done in accordance with business’ priority
  • To raise escalation early to respective managers when there is seen to be a potential issues
  • Involve in active dialogue locally and globally (when needed) and participate in local and global transformation projects
  • Build good working relationship with internal stakeholders and to ensure to deliver excellence customer service
  • Participate in discussion and regular calls with stakeholders to go through statuses of Periodic Review cases
  • To take part in Projects and perform UAT testing assigned by the Manager;
  • To perform ad-hoc screenings and other duties assigned by the Manager

Required Skills:

• Bachelor’s Degree Holder in Banking / Finance / equivalent
• Minimum 2 to 3 years of experience in KYC / CDD, with a good understanding of AML/CFT Framework and KYC documentation processes
• Good understanding of the KYC regulations in Asia (in particular HKMA, MAS, CBRC, PBOC and FSC)
• Strong Interpersonal skills with ability to effectively interact with cross functional teams and capable of working on own initiative and prioritizing workload
• Highly organized with excellent attention to detail, highly motivated and able to work with minimal supervision.
