Job Responsibilities:

• Manage delivery of laboratory supplies (consumables, chemicals, reagents) from suppliers to customer stockrooms and points-of-use
• Perform goods receipt in ERP systems upon receiving supplies
• Monitor and adjust stock levels based on usage data, ensuring timely replenishment
• Conduct inventory checks to ensure products are within recommended levels and not expired
• Deliver supplies to customers' work areas reliably
• Provide site support for inventory management services as per customer requirements
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in stockroom and point-of-use areas

Requirements/Qualifications:

• ITE or Diploma in Science or related discipline
• Experience with ERP systems and logistics preferred
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office

As a Client Service Specialist, you’ll be responsible for the review of material flow parameters and recommend appropriate levels to support business and customer requirements. • Analyse the variance of demand and supply, pro-actively monitor the fulfillment gaps, drive investigation of root cause and recovery plan

• Establish appropriate safety stock level meeting required service levels.

• Drives continuous improvement initiatives to meet inventory goals

• Reviews slow moving items, block inventories according to Excess and Obsolescence Policy.

• Effectively use ERP system to manage high number of material SKUs.

• Review work processes and initiate process improvement plans.
