• Assist with any TP queries/ audits by working closely with external service providers and local teams
• Actively monitor, research and analyse any changes in TP rules and regulations in countries where the group operates in and assess impact from latest relevant regulatory / tax developments
• Assist with the development of Group TP strategy and planning, work and coordinate with relevant stakeholders on implementation
• Work closely with finance teams to address any queries in relation to Group TP policies, related party transactions etc.
• Responsible for the Group’s Country-by-Country Report (“CbCR”) filing and local notifications
• Any other ad-hoc assignments / projects related to TP

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy, Finance or related fields
• CPA/CA or advanced taxation qualification preferred
• Minimum 1 year of working experience in Big 4 Transfer Pricing department and / or MNC in house tax department handling Transfer Pricing or a combination
• Strong technical knowledge of transfer pricing regulation
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
• Meticulous with strong analytical skills
• Passionate with new challenges and highly adaptable to dynamic working environment
• Able to research and manage project independently

Responsibilities

• Handle phone calls, answer general enquiries.
• Greet, check in and announce customers’ arrival.
• Managing the Sales Executive turn system.
• Ensuring showroom is tidy and orderly.
• Ensuring display cars (interior and exterior) are in good condition.
• Provide refreshments to customers.
• General adhoc admin duties that may be assigned from time to time.

Requirements

• Experienced as Receptionist or customer service ground job.
• Able to commit on weekends and Public Holidays.
• Willing to work in out of office locations when requested.
