You will take care of, monitor, and lead projects through all phases of project lifecycle - from initiation, feasibility studies, planning, execution and control, managing the timeliness and budget till project closure. You will play a dedicated role leading cross-functional teams (across IT, Digital Transformation and business SMEs) in identifying project requirements, establishing clear and achievable objectives, coordination and adapting the specifications and approach to the different concerns and expectations of various partners, and adhere to the Micron Project Methodology and project standards. The Program Manager is a strategic role that requires collaboration with business partners to ensure business needs are met. As a Senior Manager of Global Facilities Module and Subcontract team, you will be responsible for establishing the category strategy and supplier relationships for assigned category.

This Senior Manager role leads global category supplier managers. The team works on a dynamic portfolio of categories and sub-categories including various Module and Subcontract category such as Off-Site-Manufacturing, Modularized system and various Subcontract packages

Team will play a key role to support Micron’s global expansion projects and existing FABs at Micron’s global footprints for both greenfield and brownfield projects.

You will have experience leading global teams and monitor performance metrics to identify and implement continual improvement opportunities.
