Main Duties and Responsibilities:

• Washes dirty wares through the use of dishwashing machine according to prescribed procedures.
• Removes cleaned wares from dishwashing machine and sorts them by kinds, size, designs and outlets; scrap of food residue from ware or soak stained ware with solution when necessary.
