Position Overview

The Retail Operations Manager/ Assistant Operations Manager in Hysses Singapore needs to oversee the day-to-day operations of retail stores, you're required to work in the retail environment ensuring smooth processes, optimal efficiency, and excellent customer service. Key Responsibilities

Operations Management

• Oversee daily operations of all retail outlets to ensure consistent performance and operational excellence.
• Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to improve efficiency and customer experience.

Job Description:

· Responsible for the day-to-day operations of the commercial/residential estate.

· Provide essential customer service support to the residents or occupants.

· Manage the duties and performance of the technical and administrative staff at the estate.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategies to establish and expand internship and PhD programs that align with the institute’s research goals and areas of expertise, by driving partnerships and engagements with universities, industry leaders and government bodies.
