Position Overview

We are looking for a Finance Business Partner to support financial reporting and accounting for IT infrastructure portfolio. The candidate is required to have in depth experience in portfolio and its operating model to provide financial / commercial insights to support key decisions or improvement plans.

The right candidate for this role will demonstrate strong collaboration skills, financial and analytical aptitude, attention to detail, comfortable with managing large data sets, highly proficient with the use of excel, reporting and dashboarding tools.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Finance focal point for portfolio reporting including P&L, cashflow and reserves reporting
• Set up the financial and project structure required to facilitate management reporting based on the metrics needed
• Implement effective tracking and monitoring mechanism to provide financial status updates in different dimensions to meet the needs of both internal and external stakeholders
• Lead the annual budgeting exercise for the portfolio, including gathering inputs and performing reasonableness assessment on the budget

Requirements

The Assistant Manager of HR & Admin is responsible for supporting the day-to-day operations of the

Human Resources and Administration departments. This role will involve managing HR functions

such as recruitment, employee relations, payroll administration, and benefits, while also handling

office management, facilities, and ensuring smooth operational workflow within the organization.

• Recruits, interviews, hires, and trains new employee in the department
• Review and draft policies & procedures to streamline the HR Standard Operating
• Procedures (SOP) and ensure the company HR policies are applied consistently
• Provides constructive and timely performance evaluations and salary reviews
• Analyze the trends in compensation and benefits to improve the employee retention
• Handles disciplinary case and termination of employees in accordance with the company policy.
• Training & Development for employees
• Manage manpower planning matter (on-boarding, off-boarding, restructure process)
• Prepare periodic forecast & budget costing for Finance

The Talent

• Degree in Human Resource Management field or relevant professional certificates
• Min 8 years of experience in HR Generalist role with at least 3 years of supervisory experience
• Strong experience in drafting proposals and experience in compensation & benefits
• Familiarize with HR practices and strong knowledge in local employment laws
• Proficient in Microsoft office applications
• Good communication, writing and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work under tight schedules
• Independent, meticulous, team player, positive work attitude
