• Assist clients with GST registration, exemption applications, and guidance on multiple GST schemes.
• Review and electronically file clients' GST returns.
• Conduct GST health checks, due diligence reviews, Assisted Self-Help Kit (ASK) reviews, and Assisted Compliance Assurance Programme (ACAP) reviews.
• Provide support to clients managing IRAS GST audits and investigations.
• Assist clients in seeking GST rulings from IRAS.
• Support partners in developing the GST practice and participate in ad hoc projects and tasks as required.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Finance, or a relevant discipline, preferably with a professional qualification recognized by SCTP.
• Minimum of 6 years of experience in Singapore GST, ideally within a professional services or accounting firm.

Job Responsibilities

· Responsible for all BIM modelling works.

· Organize and plan a design works to meet construction schedule.

· Provide leadership and manage the team members in a professional manner, e.g., allocation of work, providing guidelines to them in drafting to maintain the quality, improving productivity, checking drawings and cutting list profiles etc.

· Ensure design, drawings, and all other deliverables meet the standard requirements, specifications and within scope of works.

· Identify additional work/variations to the Project Manager / Contract Manager for processing/approval of the variation order.

· To coordination between Design Team, Consultants, Main Contractor and other contractors.

· Assist site team in resolution of site clashes.

· Participate in workshops and lead, review and comment of shop drawings in terms of constructability, sequencing and ensure quality of the design is maintained throughout.

· Manage the design change process to ensure minimal impact to project schedule and minimize cost impacts as a result of such design change.

· To resolve any unforeseen interface problems throughout the various design phases.

Job Requirements:

Responsibilities

• Advise clients on both Singapore and international tax matters, helping them understand the pricing impacts of goods and services transactions between related parties and offering guidance on tax considerations in various deals.
• Assist clients in adhering to transfer pricing regulations, designing comprehensive tax and transfer pricing strategies in line with OECD and Singapore transfer pricing guidelines.
• Collaborate with international clients to understand their business models, developing transfer pricing policies that align with these models.
• Conduct functional analysis interviews, benchmarking studies, and issue analysis for the preparation of transfer pricing documentation.
• Identify planning opportunities based on OECD and Singapore TP Guidelines to benefit clients.
• Coordinate with Mazars global network firms to address client issues.
• Oversee regional and/or global transfer pricing projects, ensuring smooth project management and timely delivery.
• Manage and execute transfer pricing audits and other regional TP projects.
• Work alongside staff, peers, and partners to deliver transfer pricing solutions and strategies to multinational clients in the financial services sector, both in Singapore and globally.
• Lead the team through functional analysis, industry research, and benchmarking studies, applying insights to assess client positions and develop effective strategies.
• Guide the team in providing transfer pricing policy advice and preparing documentation.
• Review and offer recommendations on client agreements or documents for compliance and risk mitigation.
• Identify cross-business line opportunities for business development while managing transfer pricing engagements.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in law, finance, tax, accounting, or a related field.
• Motivated, self-driven, and ambitious professional with 5-10 years of experience in Transfer Pricing, ideally within the Asia-Pacific and/or Europe regions and from a professional services firm.
• Preferably experienced in handling TP matters for Financial Services clients and/or Financial Transactions.

· Receive goods by FedEx/DHL/Forwarder/etc, check and record by photos.

· Export shipping list from SAP and prepare the goods.

· Prepare Invoice, packing list, delivery orders, and waybill of FedEx/DHL, or booking form for Forwarders, arrange the shipments.

· Coordinate with freight forwarders to ensure timely delivery of products to local and oversea customers

· Data entry into company ERP system

· Inventory per month and report inventory difference.

· Coordinate with China Team and Hong Kong team via Wechat
