The Sales Coordinator is to provide administrative support to the respective Sales Team Leaders i.e. Director of Sales (DOS), Assistant Director of Sales (ADOS), Senior Sales Manager (SSO), Sales Manager (SM) and Sales Executive (SE) including handling and responding sales enquiries via emails and tele-sales in the absence of the Sales team leaders in a timely manner. Primary Responsibilities 

Supports Respective Sales Team Leaders to Handle Incoming Sales Inquiries 

• Handles clients’ enquiries, conduct site inspection in the absence of DOS / ADOS / SSM / SM / SE.
• Prepares sales proposals, contracts and assist to follow up in a timely manner.
• Prepares sales materials including presentation, sales kit etc.

Provides Administrative Sales Support

• Organises and coordinate meetings, conferences and travel arrangements.
• Arranges and confirms appointments.
• Organises internal and external events.
• Handles incoming mails and other materials.
• Sets up and maintains filing systems as per division standards.
• Collates information, maintains database to ensure they are up-to-date.
• Communicates verbally and in writing to answer inquiries and provide information in a timely manner.
• Liaises with internal and external contacts.
• Coordinates the flow of information both internally and externally.
• Maintains adequate stock of all sales materials as suited to required quantities.

Ad-Hoc Projects Champion

• Assists and supports in ad-hoc projects assigned by respective Sales team leaders.

Participation in Accor / Raffles Corporate Programmes

• Actively participates in min. 3 Accor / Raffles Corporate Programmes such as Planet21, Raffles Outreach, etc.

You can make your mark being responsible for the efficient and effective management of all inventory, ensuring the availability of machinery, tools and equipment as required. You are a qualified and experienced warehouse manager with a technical background. You will oversee our Salvage warehouse operations for machinery, tools and equipment. You have a strong background in warehouse management, excellent organizational skills, and a solid understanding of machinery, tools and equipment maintenance. Next to that you will also be responsible for the Salvage Yard Safety Management and supplier management.

Your responsibilities as warehouse manager

• Manage and supervise all activities within the warehouse for machinery, tools and equipment.
• Ensure proper receipt, storage, and issuance of machinery tools and equipment.
• Develop and implement inventory control procedures to optimize inventory levels.
• Conduct regular inspections of machinery tools and equipment.
• Develop and implement maintenance schedules to minimize downtime.
• Utilize inventory management software and tools for tracking and management.
• Analyse inventory data, identify trends, and generate reports.
• Coordinate with suppliers for timely delivery and issue resolution.
• Monitor and control costs by analysing expenditure and finding cost-saving opportunities.
• Provide training and guidance to warehouse staff on salvage yard safety practices.
• Manage the internal hiring process for equipment within the organization.
• Coordinate equipment requests and ensure proper allocation.

Your qualities and experience
You can move ahead as a warehouse manager if you have:

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in warehouse management, with a focus on machinery tools and equipment.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse processes and procedures, inventory management software and tools.
• Proficiency in mechanical engineering.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures for machinery, tools and equipment.
• Knowledge of diving will be an added advantage.

Purpose of the job

To manage the day-to-day administration of a varied portfolio of more complex trust structures and to maintain a wide and detailed knowledge and understanding of trust administration generally, to include money laundering, compliance and relevant legislation. This position requires the post holder to work autonomously, whenever necessary, with the ability to support the team and senior employees to ensure workload is completed accurately, effectively and efficiently.

Main Responsibilities

• To deal with the day-to-day administration of a varied and complex portfolio of trust and company structures, and to maintain a wide knowledge and understanding of company and trust administration generally, to include money laundering, compliance and relevant legislation.
• Work closely with Head of Trust Services and Business Development Director with the on-boarding of new business within the Group.
• To ensure tasks are completed to the highest possible standards, within the agreed timescales and that the objectives of the Group are fulfilled.
• To nurture, develop and grow the trust officers and senior trust officers in the team
• To consider the views, development and strengths of all team members prior to decision-making.
• To develop close working relationships with relevant clients and contacts and to strengthen key relationships through regular contact.  To seek to provide innovative and practical answers to client queries, being alert to both commercial concerns and technical accuracy. To ensure absolute compliance with KYC procedures in order to maintain knowledge of the client business.
• To ensure billing and debt collection is carried out effectively and in a timely manner. 
• To be alert to new business opportunities and to maintain a broad general knowledge of issues affecting the offshore industry, and be able to apply this knowledge in developing new and existing business.

Involve in financial analysis & consolidation of P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Management, budgeting and forecasting, at South East Asia level. From delivering key financial reporting requirements to supporting Regional CFO and Finance Controller, this role ensures that financial consolidation and analytical processes are positioned to provide accurate, timely data, both internally and externally to the management team.

• Perform monthly financial closing and management reporting for internal control and statutory filing requirements.
• Prepare & submit consolidated information at South East Asia level during the monthly reporting, forecasting & budgeting cycles coupled with analytical review for variances.
• Manage various internal reporting requirements on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis.
• Supports management on financial and operational issues
