Key Objective of the role:
Drive sales growth in the Cooling segment by identifying market trends, generating leads, and building strong relationships with key stakeholders, including consultants and end-users. Promote the company's cooling piping systems to establish the company as a preferred solutions provider in both the Industrial Solutions (IS) and Building Technology (BT) markets.

Core Responsibilities:

• Sales Management (30%) - Manage the sales process from planning to execution, coordinating with technical specialists.

Requirements:

• Sales Expertise - Minimum 5 years of sales experience in cooling-related products (e.g., chillers, cooling towers).
  Proven ability to secure business deals and meet sales targets.
  Established network in the cooling industry.
• Technical Knowledge - Bachelor’s degree in Chemical/Mechanical Engineering or related fields.
  Strong understanding of HVAC systems, fire codes, building regulations, and eco-friendly practices.
  Familiarity with cooling system applications in industrial markets.
• Analytical and Market Insights - Skilled in analyzing market trends, customer behaviors, and competitor activities to create sales opportunities.

Assists the Operations Manager in the overall management of the Building Services & Tenant Management (BSTM) operations of One Raffles Place to surpass Grade A office building standards.

Responsibilities:

• Assists to develop plans and manage daily operations for One Raffles Place to ensure excellent standards are achieved and requirements are met according to agreed service levels.

• Competent in reading and understanding technical/structural drawings, e.g. as-built drawing.
• Experience in sustainability practices, Green Mark Accredited Professional.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Good knowledge of statutory requirements/codes of practice on building services, facility operations, maintenance and safety.
• Preferably able to start work within short notice.

JOB DESCRIPTION

This role is to manage the commercial operations of the company’s business in the Southeast Asia/Oceania territory through direct sales and the agent’s and distributor’s sales force as well as to implement the strategy of the company.

Based in Southeast Asia, the Regional Sales Manager will work closely with the General Manager based in Singapore and the Customer Service team. The key responsibility is to drive profitable growth, commercial and technical excellence, and to deliver the sales budget of the personal care and pharmaceutical ingredients and directly manage the agents and distributors in the Southeast Asia/Oceania territory.

The position reports to the General Manager.

Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise the agents and distributors business in the Southeast Asia/Oceania territory.

• To develop, implement, and follow up on the progress of the personal care and/or pharmaceutical business, key projects, and action plans to achieve the sales budget, and objectives in close coordination with the regional technical support, the marketing team, and customer service.

• Prepare the annual forecast (Revenue and quantity) for the coming year and submit it to the GM.

• Breakdown the annual forecast monthly and follow the sales and achieve monthly and annual target.

• Develop good and long-term relations with Technical and commercial team of customers and invite them to visit Gattefosse Technical facility to demonstrate our capabilities and to generate key joint development projects.

Qualification

• Technical degree i.e., Chemical Engineering or Pharmacy. Candidate with an MBA or PhD in the related fields would be an added advantage.

• Minimum 8 years of commercial and technical experience in the cosmetics and/or pharmaceutical industries

• Strong command of the English language; knowledge of one or more regional language is a plus, preferably Korean.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills. Accustomed to interacting with various levels of management and customers.

• Self-motivated, dynamic, collaborative personality, and a successful track record of sales management, and managing customers project and formulation development in a matrix environment.

• Frequent travel within the Asia territory is a must, and occasional travel to the regional office and the corporate office.

• Overall in charge of the project after securing the project.
• Plan construction method, sequence, temporary facilities, manpower, plants and machinery to formulate a Project Construction Methodology and present to Top Management for approval.
• Review subcontractors’/ suppliers’ scope of work during contract negotiations.
• Prepare monthly progress report with the assistance from relevant staff / departments.
• Monitor project's progress and deliver project with expected WSHE and quality standard.
• To ensure WSHE standards are upheld on site at all time, excellent quality standard is achieved, the project is completed on time and within the approved construction budget.
• Liaise closely with subcontractors, architects, consultants and authorities for a smooth project execution.
• Conduct / facilitate meeting with subcontractors, architects, consultants and authorities.
• Conduct joint site inspections with site team and subcontractors to improve work efficiency, quality and WSHE compliances and attest any weak work practices.
• Provide leadership to the project team. Lead and mentor the team by setting in place guidelines and procedures, providing advice and supervision.
• Formulate Project BIM Execution Plan with the assistance from the BIM personnel and ensure it is in line with the Corporate BIM Execution Plan.
• Other assignments given occasionally by the immediate Superior.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
• Strong familiarity with authority submissions and regulatory requirements.
• Minimum 8 years of project management experience with proven track record in Mixed-development project.
