• Perform front desks duties – registering patients, answering phone-calls, dealing with enquiries and assisting doctor's needs.
• Cashiering duties – payment collection, filing relevant claims, bookkeeping.
• Clinical duties – assisting clinical tasks like ECG, nebulizer, dressing, minor surgical procedures, triaging.
• Inventory – Maintain adequate supplies and functionality of consumables, medications, stationery, medical equipment. Stock taking and organization of stock.
• Maintenance of clinic's cleanliness and appearance.

Requirements:

Durties Include:

Brewing: Assisting with the brewing process, from milling to packaging. This may include operating a keg washer, transferring beer, and carbonating.

Safety: Ensuring the brewery complies with all governmental and industry standards and regulations. This includes prioritizing safety and wearing PPE.

Quality assurance: Recording quality data and following brewing procedures to produce consistent finished beer.

Inventory: Updating management on equipment and inventory status and needs.

Maintenance: Making recommendations to the head brewer for maintenance, repair, and upkeep of the facility and equipment.

Special events: Supporting special event operations

Cleaning: Cleaning and maintaining the brewery, including brewing kettles,

fermentation vessels, and packaging equipment.

Expertise and Qualities:

• Min. 3 years of relevant working experience.

• Good interpersonal skills and the ability to work independently or within a team in a proactive studio environment.
• Ability to self-motivate with good time management skills.
• Ability to supervise and manage a team
• Familiarity with HDB projects is an advantage

Technical Expertise:

• Contract administration (SIA/PSSCOC forms of contract).
