• Support on the day-to-day HR queries related to all employees
• Managing records, updating databases, and assisting in HR operations

Duties and Responsibilities

Employee Life Cycle

• Support recruiting and employment of positions in NEA and SEA by supporting managers through the employment requisition process and providing support throughout the employment process.
• Conduct new employee orientation and on-boarding processes.
• Facilitate employee exit and clearance procedures.
• Process workflows in HRIS in relation to employee movements and on/offboarding.

Benefits & Welfare Administration

• Assist employees with record changes and company policies by accessing policy information when requested to keep employees accurately informed.
• Administer group life insurance, health and accident insurance, saving and retirement plans, and establishes and maintains working relationships with company staff and benefit providers.
• Administer compensation, benefit programs, employee activity programs for employees to insure consistency and reliability of these programs.
• Maintains employee leave application portals.
• Assist with year end activities such as generating leave entitlement, carry-over leave, public holiday initialization, insurance renewal administration.
• Collate Government paid leave scheme forms from employees.

Reporting/Administration

• Assist with manpower and labour surveys and reports for the region.
• Collate monthly Sales Reports.
• Prepare monthly HR reports for reporting/presentation purposes.
• Monitor and support new and renewal work pass applications for employees.
• Process invoices from HR vendors/contractors.
• Liaise with internal/external vendor for staff badge creation.
• Support projects within APAC region as appropriate.

SKILLS REQUIRED

• Must be able to appropriately handle confidential and sensitive information.
• Experience handling such information is required.
• Must have excellent written and verbal communications skills and demonstrated strong interpersonal skills in effectively dealing with employees at all levels of the organization.
• Must be able to effectively manage multiple priorities and balance job requirements from multiple managers
• Must have a high level of initiative and be able to work effectively.
• Must have strong computer skills including the ability to word process using Word and create spreadsheets using Excel.
