Roles & Responsibilities

• To ensure the efficiency and smooth operations of the outlet; handle and resolve all operational issues and activities.
• To display a hands-on approach at all times to unite staff and guide them to ensure compliance with all food and beverage promotions, Company SOP including POS operations and cash handling practices, statutory and regulatory requirements.
• To optimize use of given resources, especially on labour and F&B costing matters including maintaining of inventory and keeping wastages to a bare minimum.
• To be responsible for the performance of all boutique; achieve the outlet daily sales and up-sell sales targets set by the Operations Manager.

Key Account Management:

• Drive sales performance and growth across various e-commerce platforms.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• At least 2-3 years of experience in FMCG or consumer products e-commerce and channel management.
• Self-motivated, with a strong sense of urgency and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Positive attitude with a strong determination to succeed in a dynamic environment.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.

Account & Admin Assistant

Purpose of role

• The primary purpose of this role is to manage all the Finance related administrative matters as well as all payment issues within the whole Innovare Group.

Job Scope:

• Monitor daily incoming fund and enter bank for payment
• Coordinate or arrange payments to supplier/consultant/govt bodies
• Monitoring of payment emails and forward all payment to authorisers
• To ensure payment cycles are accurately processed and authorised on time
