Overview:

Support the Education Division at the Museum in executing educational programmes, managing volunteers, and developing content for public initiatives. Reports to the Senior Manager/Manager of the Education team.

Key Responsibilities:

A. Educational Programmes

• Manage the school booking system and handle related inquiries.
• Coordinate docent tours for school visits.
• Welcome and manage school groups during visits.
• Prepare and monitor educational resources and worksheets.

B. School Workshops and Programmes

• Organize logistics and assist in conducting workshops and programmes (onsite and online).

C. Volunteer Management

Coordinate facility bookings and logistics for volunteer events.

Secondary Responsibilities:

• Assist in research and content development for various education programmes.
• Distribute marketing materials (e.g., brochures, newsletters).
• Maintain exhibition interpretive spaces and compile statistics/KPIs.
• Perform other ad-hoc tasks as assigned.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in arts management, education, art, history, or museum-related fields preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel), strong communication, and writing skills.
• Relevant experience preferred, but all are welcome to apply.

Note: May require occasional weekend work for school visits or programmes.

Salary : S$2400.00 - S$2800.00

Trade Operations Assistant

Salary: $ 3,000 - $ 3,300
Working Location: 391A Orchard Road, Ngee Ann City Tower A, Singapore 238873
Working Hour: Monday - Friday (9am - 6pm)

Job Description:

• Liaise closely with both our Customers and Suppliers regarding enquiries and offers.
• Preparation and execution of Sales & Purchase Contracts.
• Preparation of Letters of Credits for issuance (both import and export L/Cs).
• Experience in preparation, issuance and negotiation of Letter of Credits.
• Preparation of Import and Export Shipping Documentation for Bank L/C negotiation.

Requirements:

• Diploma / Degree in Logistics or equivalent.
• Proficient in MS Office Applications.
• Experience in preparing Bank Letter of Credit negotiation and Shipping documents.

Administrative Assistant

Salary: $ 2,200 - $ 2,600
Working Location: 391A Orchard Road, Ngee Ann City Tower A, Singapore 238873
Working Hours: Monday - Friday (8.30am - 5.30pm)

Job Description:

A) General reception duties

• Attend to walk-ins, handling mails and courier (incoming and outgoing).
• Attend to incoming guests and to serve drinks to them.
• Answer incoming calls.

B ) General administrative duties

• General upkeep of the office.
• Requisition of office equipment and supplies.Manage and order office stationaries & pantry supplies.
  Liaise with suppliers on printing of name cards and letterheads, office equipment, office broadband, etc.
  
• Data-entry, general filing, scanning & photocopying.
• Run errands - banks, etc.
• Perform ad-hoc duties as and when required.

Requirements:

• Candidates must possess minimum GCE ‘N’ Levels Certificate.
• Relevant working experience an advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
